Air exhaust: a multifunctional industrial and living assistance equipment

Source:XIYONG    Date:2025-03-28    Hits:0

In many scenarios of industrial production and daily life, exhaust plays an indispensable role. Air exhaust is a product that can disperse a single gas source into multiple fluid channels. With its diverse functions and unique characteristics, it is widely used in multiple fields, continuously promoting the safety and efficiency of production and life.

Centralized gas supply: In complete automation equipment, the gas source is usually relatively single, and there are many solenoid valves working simultaneously. Air exhaust can distribute a single air source to multiple solenoid valves, enabling a small amount of air source to simultaneously supply multiple pneumatic components for operation. Its working principle is that there are at least two separate channels running through the air exhaust, namely the air inlet and the air outlet. The air inlet is connected to the air source, and the air outlet is connected to the components that require air through pneumatic hoses, pneumatic joints, and other accessories, so as to distribute the air source to various places where it is needed.

Simplified wiring: Bus exhaust, as an upgraded exhaust, integrates communication, digital input (DI), digital output (DO) and other functions together. It can install multiple solenoid valves or other actuators on a single base plate, allowing them to share the same intake and exhaust ports, significantly reducing the complexity of gas pipeline wiring and making the layout of the entire production line more concise and clear. At the same time, it only needs to be connected to a programmable logic controller (PLC) through a network cable, and the signals of sensors and actuators can be directly transmitted to the control system through the bus, greatly simplifying the wiring work and improving the reliability and stability of the system.

Other applications

Automobile manufacturing: On the automobile production line, exhaust can be used to control various pneumatic tools, fixtures, and conveying equipment. For example, in the assembly process of automotive components, the air source is distributed to various pneumatic fixtures through a manifold, achieving precise positioning and fixation of the components, and improving assembly efficiency and quality.

Food processing: In the food processing industry, air vents can be used to control various pneumatic valves and conveyor belts and other equipment. For example, in the food packaging process, the air exhaust distributes the air source to the pneumatic valve, controlling the transportation and cutting of packaging materials. It can also be used to control the start stop and speed of the conveyor belt, ensuring the hygiene and safety of the production process.

Corrugated cardboard production: On the corrugated cardboard production line, air vents can be used to control the extrusion of glue. For example, a certain PLC controls the bus busbar to open the corresponding solenoid valve, allowing the air pressure generated by the air compressor to evenly extrude the glue into the gaps of the corrugated cardboard through the solenoid valve, ensuring the bonding strength of the cardboard.
